# 1. Educational Resources | Summary
The educational versions of GoVenture Board Games include many resources to extend student learning:

All of the above resources are described further in this document.

You must **download** some of these educational resources in order to be able to continue to use them into the future. You are provided a _**limited time**_ to do so. Follow the instructions further in this guide to make sure you do not lose access to these resources.

# 2. Board Games
- All of the resources needed to play the board games are included in each game box. Â
- Each box includes detailed instructions and you and your students can view **Tutorial Videos** at GoVenture.net/games
## Lemonade Stand — Print + Build + Play
Discover and practice entrepreneurship, creativity, math, and more with this print, build, and play activity for young children ages 5 to 12. One or more players color, cut, fold, build, and play a fun lemonade stand game.

# 3. Access to Online Resources
- Your purchase may have included access to online resources **for a limited time**. Â This may include the _Entrepreneur Business Simulation_, _Business Superhero Book_, _Game Design Templates_, and _Lessons and Activities_. Â All of these resources are described further in this document. To access these resources, you must create an Instructor Account on the GoVenture website.
- You were provided a **Subscription Key** (32-digit number) that allows you to create an Instructor Account for a limited time. Your subscription period will begin on the day you create your Instructor Account. (If you were provided more than one Key, see below for additional information).
- Create your Instructor Account by following the directions at PlayGoVenture.com/start.html (choose Board Games)
- If you purchased multiple board game bundles and were provided **more than one Subscription Key** (one for each bundle purchased), each Key provides you with the ability to do one of the following:
- Additional Keys can be used to extend the duration of your Instructor Account. To do this, log into the online Instructor Account you created for GoVenture and click the ADD NEW PRODUCT link at the top of the interface —
-OR-
- Each Key can be use to create separate Instructor Accounts — you can give the extra Key(s) to your instructor colleagues so they may also create their own Instructor Accounts to access the online resources.  One key can be used to create one Instructor Account (it expires once used and cannot be used again).
# 4. Entrepreneur Business Simulation Game
**About**
- A realistic small business startup and operations simulation. Start with a lemonade stand, level up to a kiosk, food truck, and full business.
- You have a limited-time subscription to this online software.

**How It’s Used**
- Your subscription includes the ability for you to play the simulation as a student. This allows you to host a group activity with students where you can play the simulation on a big screen (or share your screen if playing on a webinar). While playing, encourage students to advise you on the best decisions to make for the business. Explain and discuss the various decisions as you make them. This is an engaging and high-impact learning activity — find out more about Group play.

# 5. Accounting Worksheets
**About**
- Printable worksheets that students can use to practice accounting while running their food truck business in the board game.
- Includes General Journal, General Ledger, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet.
**How It’s Used**
- Provide printed copies of each worksheet to every student playing the game and direct them to record their accounting transactions in the General Journal and General Ledger while they play.
- After a few rounds of play, direct students to use the data from the General Ledger to complete the Balance Sheet and Income Statement worksheets. Â Repeat this process every few rounds of play.

- Students can use the book as a reference for topics they need help with, or read it from cover to cover to gain practical business wisdom. You can provide students with printed pages of the book or the book PDF.

- An 80-page book that helps students learn the fundamental concepts of personal financial literacy. The book is easy to read with large text.
**How It’s Used**
- Students can use the book as a reference for topics they need help with, or read it from cover to cover to gain fundamental knowledge and terminology. You can provide students with printed pages of the book or the book PDF.

- Documents can be printed or can be completed online.

## 10.2 Game Design Worksheet
This expertly-designed worksheet will guide you through every step of designing your own game. This is the digital version of the worksheet included in the Game Design Kit.
You may print this worksheet and design your game on paper, or you can type text directly into the PDF document and save it to your device for future editing and reference.
## 10.3 Component Templates
The templates below make it easy for students to design, print, and cut their own game components. Template are provided as PDF documents.
Instructors can view and download the PDF documents and then provide them to students by posting them on your school learning management system, shared drive, USB drive, or other storage location.
**Directions to Provide to Students**
- Click the link open or download document.
- The document will open in your Internet browser. Some templates allow you to add your own text, but you cannot add a graphic unless you download the document to your device and open it with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader
- If using an Internet browser, you can save your text by downloading the document to your device — choose WITH YOUR CHANGES (see screenshot below). You can then open your downloaded document and update the text at any time in the future.
