# GoVenture Upgrade Log

This page lists new features and upgrades made to the [GoVenture Project Management](https://goventure.net/pm) simulation. Latest updates are at the top.

## April 2026
- Upgrades to make GoVenture Project Management fully accessible to people with disabilities using the updated WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines are now complete. GoVenture Project Management includes two interface options — the **Default** graphical interface and an **Assistive** interface that works with screen readers, keyboard input, and smartphones. Students choose the interface when starting a new simulation and must continue with the selected interface for the duration of that simulation.

## Nov 2025
- For Instructor Managed accounts (typically used by K-12 schools), student usernames have been simplified to 7 digits (1234567) versus the previous format of 7 digits plus a dash and 3-digit suffix (1234567-123).

## Aug 2025
- **Restaurant Scenario** — changed project target duration from 175 to 130 days — Aug 29, 2025.

## Mar 2025
- Fixed a bug where a task would disappear from the Gantt Chart if you were in full ZOOM OUT (Year view) and tried to drag the task.

## July 2024
- New Project Scenario added — **Smartwatch**

## June 2024
- Monitor screen improvements with new bar charts and time advance animation.

## February 2024
- New Project Scenario added — **Restaurant**
