Autoclave
Sterilizes medical instruments using pressurized steam. Not used on patients.

Blood Collection Kit
Used to collect blood samples for laboratory testing.

Blood Pressure Monitor
Measures blood pressure and helps identify signs of cardiovascular strain, pain response, or other concerns.

CT Scanner
Uses rotating X-ray beams to take detailed pictures of the inside of the body from many angles to create a 3D view that shows bones, organs, and soft tissues.

ECG Machine
Records the heart’s electrical activity and is useful when chest pain, palpitations, or cardiac symptoms are present.

Eye Chart
Measures visual acuity and helps identify changes or problems with vision.

Glucose Monitor
Measures blood sugar when symptoms suggest possible diabetes, dizziness, confusion, or weakness.

Microscope
Used to examine blood, tissue, or fluid samples in a laboratory setting.

Nebulizer
Delivers inhaled medication for breathing difficulty or respiratory conditions.

Ophthalmoscope
Used to examine the eyes and retina when vision problems or neurological concerns are suspected.

Otoscope
Used to examine the ear canal and eardrum when ear pain, hearing changes, or infection are suspected.

Peak Flow Meter
Measures how well air moves out of the lungs and helps assess breathing problems such as asthma.

Penlight
Used to examine the pupils, mouth, throat, or other areas that require a focused light during a physical assessment.

Pulse Oximeter
Measures oxygen saturation in the blood and pulse rate, especially useful for breathing problems or chest symptoms.

Reflex Hammer
Used to check reflexes and help identify possible nerve or neurological problems.

Ruler
Used to measure the size of wounds, rashes, swelling, or other visible findings during an assessment.

Scale
Measures body weight, which may be important for assessing health, monitoring changes, or calculating medication doses.

Specimen Cup

Uses sound waves to create images of internal organs, soft tissues, blood vessels, or a developing baby.

Urinalysis Dipstick
Used to test a urine sample for substances such as glucose, protein, blood, and signs of infection.

Wound Care Kit
Contains supplies used to clean, assess, and dress wounds to promote healing and reduce the risk of infection.
