8.2.1 Rewards
Assessment is fully automated as students are rewarded each time they make progress.
A GOLD coin is awarded after successfully completing a QUIZ.
POINTS are awarded as PAGES, SUBJECTS, and GAMES are completed. You can replay a GAME or incomplete QUIZ to improve your score (points are awarded for your highest score).
ACHIEVEMENTS are awarded for various milestones.
YOUR BODY items become unlocked as you earn points and gold coins.
Your personal high scores for each game are recorded.
Instructors may also want to consider awarding prizes for achieving certain milestones.
Each Group that students play is assigned a unique score.
8.2.2 Performance Report
The Performance Report provides a detailed view of student activity, but the only item that is needed by instructors for assessment is the Performance Score.
Students can see their own reports in real time, but not those of other students.

8.3 Medical Clinic Simulation
Students earn points while completing each Patient Case, resulting in a score ranging from 0% to 100% for that case.
A cumulative Performance Score is calculated as the average score across all completed Patient Cases.
The Performance Score should be adjusted based on the percentage of assigned Patient Cases the student has completed. For example, if the instructor assigns all 30 Patient Cases and a student completes only 18 (60%), then the student's Performance Score should be multiplied by 60% to account for the incomplete work.
See section 6.2 for more information on this module.
8.4 Medical Coding & Billing Simulation
Students earn points while completing each Patient Case, resulting in a score ranging from 0% to 100% for that case.
A cumulative Performance Score is calculated as the average score across all completed Patient Cases.
The Performance Score should be adjusted based on the percentage of assigned Patient Cases the student has completed. For example, if the instructor assigns all 50 Patient Cases and a student completes only 30 (60%), then the student's Performance Score should be multiplied by 60% to account for the incomplete work.
See section 6.3 for more information on this module.
