This is a sample syllabus that instructors can copy and customize for students. Copy the contents to your own document or post on your learning management system. Note that the sections for Buy Your Subscription and Create Your Account do not apply to K-12 schools.

About GoVenture Entrepreneur
We will be playing a realistic business simulation game called GoVenture ENTREPRENEUR BASIC ? ADVANCED.
Each student will be playing on your own and can progress at your own pace, but you are expected to progress through the game by the dates specified in the course syllabus.

Buy Your Subscription
Each student has to purchase an online subscription to GoVenture ENTREPRENEUR BASIC ? ADVANCED by visiting this website: BuyGoVenture.com
Cost is $_____ for a 6-month subscription. Payment is made online by credit card or PayPal. Be sure to choose the product listed above and not one of the other GoVenture products.
Within a few minutes of payment, you will receive a SUBSCRIPTION KEY on screen and by email (check your SPAM folder).
Subscription Keys may also be available for purchase at the school BOOKSTORE for $_____
The Subscription Key is a 32-digit number that will look like this example: 12345678-12345678-12345678-12345678
Create Your Account
Go to PlayGoVenture.com and follow the links to Create Account using your Subscription Key.
When you create your account, you can choose your USERNAME and PASSWORD— this is what you will use to log in to GoVenture.
You no longer need the Subscription Key (it cannot be shared or used again).
Learning GoVenture
After you have created your account, log in to GoVenture at PlayGoVenture.com
When you start playing you be guided by a tutorial. But you will not be able to play until you join the Group Number provided by the instructor— see below.

Playing GoVenture
You can play GoVenture ENTREPRENEUR on a computer, Chromebook, or tablet. (Smartphone displays are too small.) The program plays inside your Internet browser. There is nothing to install. Your progress is saved automatically online (in the cloud).
